Reaching into your own pocket to help out is noble. Using congress to reach into other people's pockets to promote your vision is theft. Cloaking your theft in the language of compassion is just plain nasty.

What if my kid inherits my business when I die? Should he be forced to liquidate said business upon my death to pay a 90% tax rate? Should I liquidate it for him before I die? This will positively impact the economy? Your fantasy that such a tax will pay for government expenditures is pure fantasy. The Government has no right to tax personal income twice. Many would argue even once.

A Death Tax wouldn't solve the problem of Dynastic wealth, anyway.

First, Big Money doesn't play by the rules. The rich would find a way around a death tax, if one was passed. Consider the Tax Code - written so only the rich can exploit loopholes designed in it.

Second, most reported Dynastic Wealth gets funneled into charitable trust funds. The Ford, Rockerfella, Carnegie, Gates, Buffet etc etc. All tax-exempt offspring of Dynastic Wealth whose agendas are totally NWO.

Your probably talking about Russian teachers. From my limited experience the teachers and administration I've met seem competent and thoughtful and generally good people. At least from my perspective the pay sucks. I love working with kids and think teaching would be fun and very rewarding but I could never consider it except maybe after I retire. Try a glass of wine with lunch angrycat, then you'll can change you ID to coolcat.
