That's the problem, it's not isolated. If it were, true leaders like Bill Cosby wouldn't be campaigning for it to change. Hell, if you had read the article (fat chance, I know) you'd have seen it was the policeman's union in Omaha that posted this to indicate that it was the overlapping reason behind the rise of thuggery in today's minority society. They'd never have done so with an isolated incident.
