One of the Emolument suits against Mr. Trump (I think there are several) just passed a court hurdle involving the definition of emolument and whether there has to be bribery involved. According to the court there doesn't.
With this, the case in New York challenging the legitimacy of his Foundation, and the Mueller investigation, looks like the Presidents lawyers are going to be busy as beavers. In addition to these and other suits I believe it is well known that Mr. Trump has violated the terms of his lease on the Hotel pictured below, which I believe is owned by the Federal Government. I don't think the Leasee may work for the Government. (Does Golfing for the Government count?)

In a blow to President Trump, a federal judge says a lawsuit that alleges Trump's business interests violate the Constitution can proceed.

Federal District Judge Peter Messitte denied the Department of Justice's request to dismiss a case brought by the attorneys general of Maryland and the District of Columbia. The Emoluments Clause bars any president from personally profiting from his dealings with foreign governments — or even U.S. state governments.

It's the first ruling in federal court to define "emolument," which goes undefined in the U.S. Constitution's two emoluments clauses.
