TWS is such a joke. More issues today. Was told the other day by support. Try the "Stable" build.

Nope!...Same BS there. And you know what happens? Nothing...I send screen grabs...documentation...I'd send videos if they had a way to watch them (answer...they cant, no direct files or links to youtube). So all that ends up happening is opening a ticket that sits forever or just ends with "developers are looking into it"

I once (over 10 years ago) found a bug in TWS which was in the GUI but related to api orders, I took a video of it emailed it directly to the guy who used to handle api support questions who then showed it to the devs.

They did eventually fix it.

None of us have direct email contacts with the developers so dont have that opportunity.

Recently, got many weird behaviors in TWS: bad display of numbers, very high CPU usage.
My solution if you only use TWS:
Right click on the Mosaic button at the bottom: select Close Tab
Right click on the Learn button (new module) at the bottom: select Close Tab
