This is financial armageddon?

Not quite there yet, but it could happen faster than anticipated. I figured we'd go belly up around spring time. Could be sooner. DOW has to hold 9500+ or it's curtains.

I'm not seeing it! DOW stays above 9500-9700 it's all good. I think we've become a nation of hand wringers. This reminds me of weather forecasts during the winter. We get 4-6 inches of snow and somehow it's a f'n crisis. That's all this is! Chill!

I agree not a big deal at all.

STOCKTURDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're back buddy!!!

Did you buy back in??

Nice discipline selling after the 20% break in the spooz.

Didn't think I'd see you back so soon!!

Where are all the brave souls who since 1989 have been buying this market in every downdraft with the all-too-familiar "It's a buying opportunity - now's the time to buy!" mantra? Has everyone thrown in the towel?

Quote from Trendytrader:

Americans are "addicted to credit". Now when it looks like we need to live within our means we are told we need $700B to keep the credit addiction for a little while longer.

At some point we will need to stop and pay back the $10 trillion.

who did the addicting?

the commercials? (banks, advertisers, life style magazines and tv shows)

how innocent the victim, and all the blame on the addictors
