Yes, yes nothing malicious to see here...I don't know what it is. I do know as I dig deeper into the story there are legit questions to ask. The guy who took the picture, an adult retired teacher, says there is nothing malicious here. A little reasoning easily leads one to conclude that a "still photograph" where everyone is told to wave could be construed as something other than a wave, especially considering the poisoning of the well with the "apparent" Nazi salute captioning being done by all media outlets. Add in the single complaint by the politically active kid who has had issues with his classmates prior to this. Plenty of reasons to be skeptical.
I don't make investments on attention grabbing headlines. Yes, headlines can move a market. That's a trade. Investments require more investigation. The media is in the business of moving the herd one way and then another. We should not be committing our long term political perspectives based upon headlines anymore than we should invest that way. The unwashed masses are being manipulated. Both sides do it, and it's how they sway the votes in the short term which is all anyone thinks about these days.
Bottom line, this story doesn't add up to be what it's being presented to be, at least not at this point.
