Roman Abramovich, one of the richest Russian oligarchs, announced that he is selling Chelsea United, his UK football team. He expects to get $4B for it (thought I doubt that will be the final price). That was to be expected.

But he also announced that all proceeds from the sale will go into a charity fund for the victims of the war in Ukraine.

Ukraine is the most corrupt country in the world.

Correction: was nearly as corrupt as Russia before 2014 revolution. The old elements of corruption are not entirely gone but are slowly being transformed under the new democratic government, a Government struggling to remain free of Russian domination. You can't expect overnight miracles. Ukraine is at least moving in the right direction from the viewpoint of the Western Democracies.
