Can you cite statistics that are normalized for societal inequalities?

It’s nature after all so this should be easy to do.

For example a study showing women in leadership positions in Saudi Arabia. That’s clearly proof that they lack the same leadership skills as men.

Biologically women are made to nurture and men to hunt.

As of March 2017, the top rated woman is Yifan Hou, with rank of 117 and a rating of 2649. The 100th ranked player is Evgeniy Najer (male), with a rating of 2659.
Therefore, currently it is true that no women are in the 100 top rated active players, although historically Yifan Hou had a higher rating and then appeared on the open list of top 100 players.

Chess???
I love the game... But it's a sausage fest, a sexist misogynistic sausage nerd fest, historically and today.
Women were (and maybe still are) not allowed to play in the same tournament as men, and it's not a physical sport.
We still have only women tournaments and best women price, a bit like miss universe sexist crap.

I thought conservatives didn't care about gender or race. But apparently they do in a big way.
