So agree! I dont even think such kind of discussions have a meaning, Men or women it doesnt make any sense. Everyone has the right to trade.Although there's still a big gender gap in the industry but there are famous female forex traders like Kathy Lien, Linda Bradford Raschke, Jennifer Fan, Raghee Horner and many more who are proving that they have what it takes to succeed in the market.

Because women in general are not risk takers (there are always a few exceptions). Women have never needed to be risk takers, they have evolved to be caregivers.
Men need to compete and prove themselves for status and to attract the best females, so are risk takers by nature. Had to take risks when going out to hunt.
Nowadays some women are trying to compete with men for high paying jobs (but not the lower paying ones). Very few will end up being happy doing this over the long run.

On average women are just as smart as men.
But when it comes to genius level intelligence men outnumber women by 10 to 1. You can always hold out the few women as an example that women can do it too. But nature restricts the number of genius level women at birth (relative to men anyway)
This can been seen with Nobel prizes, men outnumber women. Also chess grandmasters and world champions.
It obvious to everyone that men are on average physically stronger than women too. Again, thats just Nature.
There are other areas where men have a natural advantage over women. eg Neuroticism, which is a measure of how people are prone to negative emotions like anxiety.

That's a lot of biasness. We need to end those ideologies and differences. Gotta view both as equal. No one superior!First of all, you have to accept that men and women are different biologically. Men's brain mass is bigger than that of a women.
If you notice, any competition that disregards gender, for example the financial market, sports or chess, men will prevail. It's just biology.
However we do see more women in higher positions in organizations due to the quota allocation, which is inorganic. In any organic system, men will be superior.
