Older? That would depend on when you started considering, whether he does look older than reagan or not.

But is it just me, or does this guy have a disproportionately large noggin?

Lol, maybe he has the worst "stoop-neck" ever, but theres still a touch of frankenstein there, imo.
And i'm not suggesting being a cadaverous giant should be an impediment, just that he appears to have a big noggin.:)
