Yeah but don't all these internet solicitations to join KC capital, etc. require Finra and Sipc registrations to be legal? Internet solicitation is outside of state jurisdiction. Just wondering.

I notice in this thread that bhardy is admonished that he shouldn't be handling his own trades coupled with an outright solicition to let wolinski handle them for him. That isn't counting all the other threads where there are outright solicitations by wolinski.
