I'd rather make these points.
He knows nothing about my case nor is he sympathetic, meaning he is not impartial. If he does do something I will no doubt be able to make my case through attorneys. He has no immediate recourse and I very seriously doubt he even understands what my disabilities are because we did follow all of the rules with regard to applying and receiving social security disability benefits. I was an employee for DST Systems for over 2 years and 6 months so I did pay into the system, so if that's what he wants to know he'll have to look at the case rather than getting emotional.
It's political, and what you've done is astonishingly unethical. He most likely doesn't have the power to take action, but I've disclosed all of my income sources already, and as long as I have shrinks who'll speak up for me just as they did when I had to withdraw passing from classes that were too time consuming for me to take the same thing will happen and since I'm probably looking at an early review I understand they cannot revoke my eligibility for at least 2 years, as it was sanctioned by my doctors during my hospital stays.

No, I just didn't know if you went out of your way to do that.
My case is valid, but if making me a martyr for speaking up about cannabis prohibition is worth his time, I guess I'll suffer that consequence yet again, only this time I won't have to spend two weeks in solitary worrying about what the judge will say.
Political intrigue like this could make for an excellent story if they do think I lied about anything on the application because it took forever to get done, and it's pretty typical given somebody with my medical history.
I know local SSA understands what I'm doing, having reviewed my case for what seemed like an extra two weeks. I felt completely debilitated and I still feel when they cut off my medicines it may have done slight bits of brain damage because of it.
