This firm invited me to an expensive steak dinner, not impressed with Firm.

LOL Only 1 Guy in the whole firm has a Series 7 and 66 and only has 2 years experience.
Did some background due diligence. They seem to be some flyby night outfit trying to parlay some TV news interviews as big experience in the markets.

Fancy website but devoid of any meaningful content regarding to how they plan to manage your money, what is their AUM,etc..

Looks up SEC state filings. Guess what they dont manage squat. I feel sorry for the folks who will be attending this expensive steak dinner. I see lots of people being fleeced out of tons of hard earned money. Remember there is no such thing as a free lunch or dinner.

All they publish/talk about is their 15 minutes of fame what I find sad is the Media perpetuate these kind of wolf in sheeps clothing by giving them a podium.

My recommendations, avoid.

They want my business. Not sure where they got my info. I do not even fall under their demographics. Why would I want to hand over my hard earned capital to some guy with barely 2 years experience and has never managed even 100K (according to SEC filing). They are trying to sell themselves is this great outfit.

I suspect they are in the beginning stages of trying to build up the firm fleecing senior's. Sad that all these sharks target one of the more vulnerable populations. I could not sleep doing what these people are probably trying to do. I bet it is to sell the shittiest annuities with the highest kickbacks/commissions possible.
 
Guerra Financial,if you put this in front of your thread,it will show up in search engine and maybe help some people before they party with their hard earned money and give to these guys.

My recommendation is to milk them for a round of golf @ Doral not some shithole Muni and then drinks, dinner and titty bars. Then lose their number.
