Man, are you coming from a place of fear. Life could be so much easier for you if you would decide, right now, to just let go.

Consider this question: how much money do you want to make? You said you wouldn't trust any broker with $25,000. How in the world do you think you'll ever have the kind of financial freedom I assume you desire? With out at least 25k, you couldn't possibly make anything approaching a bare bones minimum income. And to make some significant bucks, you'll need more. And I'm talking if you can have returns in the several hundred percent range.

Maybe the markets aren't for you. But, if they are; I would bet my life you're results will not change until you change.

I suppose you could just be yanking my chain, but you sound so full of emotional distraught, that I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt. I am not an expert trader (yet). But I can tell you unequivacally, you're problem is not a lack of money, the government, crooked brokers, or ANYTHING outside of you. When you come to grips with where the problem really resides, take full responsiblility, and start moving in the direction you want; incredibly things will happen. This I can promise you my friend.
 
OK, I can't believe some of you are this stupid not to have figured it out. I still think you just want to complain. I'm sure there are many other ways to do this. I'm just telling you what I did so we can stop all this PDT chit chat on elitetrader and start talking about trading again. So, here is what you do. If you're breathing, you can get plenty of charge cards. Just start collecting them, and use them for all your current expenses. Pay off every month. You'll start getting all kinds of offers for low interest cards. Go get cash advances and deposit in fully insured brokerage account that pays interest on account. Credit interest right now is around 1%. You can find credit cards that have deals for long terms at under 2%. So, voila, you have an account to day trade for a miniscule monthly expense. DON'T trade big size. Trade like you would have with your small account before. If you don't have the discipline to do this, you're no trader anyway. And please, don't tell me it can't be done. I not only did it, I did it within 2 months, and I negotiated such low rates with the card companies that I have a net interest gain every month.
