This garbage has been going on for years and years. He hasn't pioneered anything. The transactions are disclosed in most filings. Sometimes hard to find, but they're there. Many times the proceeds get kicked back and/or laundered to promoters etc.

Just another loser with a good sales pitch and legal team.
