I do agree that illegal immigration and our trade with China are huge problems in their own right but it's hardly productive and helpful to blame everything which is wrong with this country on them.

That 4.7 billion (probably about 10-20 billion right now) could go a long way to fixing our healthcare system. 4.7 billion is only what the Fed govt. paid and doesnt speak of the costs passed on to the consumers from the ins companies.
