well, when the economy hits the fan and there is no more money to by drugs, those that have to have them will travel to where ever and do whatever to get what they need,crime will rise substantially,so the tenements as they were called in the 30's,mostly white,different racial makeup percentage wise among the poor here in chicago, than in other areas of the country,just look at the hooked lower class,color won't be the issue,gangs,drugs,crime, will

If you're referring to inner city, idle young men, then I probably would not hire them. But then, unless you yourself are an engineer, draftsmen, designer, or have your welding or pipefitting tickets, I probably wouldn't hire you, either.
 
i've used a lot of these guys temporarily over the years in construction,they didn't steal, they worked hard, they just reverted to spending their check on women or drugs and didn't show,it's a whole life change to get out of there and we all know how hard it is to change the simplest things,there are 10's of thousands of polish here who come ,work hard, save , buy property and never learn more than a basic english, they live in all polish neighborhoods and spend their whole life, basically in a small poland inside chicago,same with the hispanics from mexico,people revert to what they know,they are most comfortable amongst those like themselves,minorities can feel predjudice and would rather avoid it than deal with it, not unlike a bigot siding with bigots,people like themselves,they know where they are accepted

Which is exactly why the bangers need to be exterminated. A few guys are doing a considerable amount of damage to the people of the community, the economy of that community, and to any hope of ever improving race relations. The news shows nothing but the gang violence and the entire black community is condemned along with them. Remove the gangs. Remove them with extreme prejudice.
