I 'm using their demo version 'PaperMoney' and tried entering market order for June'10 ten year notes. It said "working" and never got executed.

Now I was entering this at outside of regular trading hours (around 6:30 am Chicago time). Is this why?

Does TOS not allow futures trading outside of RTH? I can do this no problem over at IB.
 
Ten year notes are trading currently on TOS-116'110 (21:16 edt) I'm not familiar how TOS handles paper account but check to see if your order is entered correctly. See if you can trade a 30yr bond-/ZB.If that doesn't clear it up-ask TOS support-who are very good or in one of the TOS chat rooms. Probably easier to get answers about TOS at the TOS program than here.
