thinkorswim Options Commission

According to their website, thinkorswim will match the options commission rates for most major brokers. What is the lowest rate that they offer?

Personally, I was offered TradeKing's rate of $4.95 per leg plus $0.65 per contract. Do they offer lower rates to frequent traders?
 
I tried to have them match OptionsHouse but they wouldnt. They offered me 1.50 per contract and after asking them to match zecco's they gave me tradekings rates without even knowing my volume so I would say there is a chance . .
 
I told them I'm IB customer and aksed to match the $0.7 per contract. The lowest they could offer was $1 per contract.
