Just call CS. They answer 24/7.Schwab reps said that? I was gonna look into SSE, but now I'm thinking well ... what's the point if they're just gonna discontinue it. Can anybody confirm?
Thanks.
Robert,On SSE, what are trading hours for equities? I think TDA starts at 7am et for most securities.
Robert,
I can trade post till 20:00. Pre starts at 6:00. The only limitation is they only accept limit order until a few minute before open or a few minutes after close. They said to prevent clients getting killed from huge bid/ask and low volume.
Robert, you were wrong. No routes except market orders outside regular trading hours. Too much risk of bad fills. Thank you for the response.
I was referring to trading stocks, not options. That’s exactly what you said.
Edited: I’ve never seen a M-PM or M-AH option. Is there?
I got burned a couple of time when I started live day trade 6 weeks ago and now use limit during pre. What ever the case, the Schwab 16:00-16:05 blackout and ending pre-market at 9:25 EST is stupid. They have not fixed it for years, lots can happen.
