Thinkorswim good for short?

I am currently use IB for shorting. Since many stocks I want to short have no shares, I am thinking Thinkorswim since many people also recommend them for shorting.

I just tried today several stocks not available on IB. It seems that thinkorswim showed HTB on all those stocks.

So my question is , does thinkorswim have better shorting list than IB?
or at least thinkorswim do have shares to short on some of the stocks that IB does not have?
