...That kind of happens with all brokers, at some point. i think they're doing some routine maintenance or something. -- that's why you can't login and/or some parts of their site may not work properly.

This happened last night and also has happened to me with interactive brokers. Only on Friday nights after the end of the week. I can usually login by Saturday morning.
