Thinking of going long FFIV tomorrow for a trade

FFIV actually has a nice looking chart and unlike many other tech stocks, it has found support at the 50 dma. I think FFIV could bounce nicely at the open tomorrow. As always be very careful buy it looks good. Its one of the few naz stocks I follow that still has a strong chart.

There are 3,300+ NAZ stocks, and this is one of the few you follow that "has a strong chart"? Hmm!

Means it is time to run away from that stock?
 
You actually think this is a bad chart? Are you sure you trade?
Lets see what FFIV does at or near the open. Unless the futures are getting slammed.
 
It is quite a bullish stock.


You zoomed in far too much.
You should also Zoom out to see the bigger picture.

The uptrend started about 2 years ago!

The market doesn't go up and up and up .....
it looks more like it is time for those
investors who longed it about 2 years ago to take some profits.

If you think it is still not too late, then go ahead and long it.
but do note the market can be merciless to those who are late.

Looks interesting! Had a nice break out but the tech sell off likely dragged it down. If tech stocks rally it could take off again.
 
This would be a day trade. Its set up to bounce at or near the open tomorrow unless the futures are getting crushed but its still worth a look tomorrow. Looking at it hitting the 235-235.50 area on strength tomorrow.
Another scenario would be the futures selling off at the open and this gaps down 5 points only to close at or above the 50 dma again. That would be a nice swing trade scenario.
