Think or Swim - No Greeks for Two Weeks

Yes, you read that right. Their system has been unable to produce any greeks for active traders for about two weeks now. Support is flooded and non responsive, occasional promises: "maybe this weekend".

What does "for active traders" mean? They have special greeks that non active traders don't get?

I have TOS open every (working) day. I see greeks calculations work as usual. Maybe local problem on your computer?

I think the TOS greeks problem is with futures. Seems I read that on Twitter.

I'm missing Greeks for weeks too. I don't trade options on futures.

That is correct...they cannot seem to get the Greeks on future options and the margin calc is crazy screw up...incomprehensible fluctuations during RTH and n/a after close.....definitely frustrating.

I pretty much exclusively trade SPX options and haven't had a problem. I can't imagine the frustration. Hope they resolve it for you soon.

Actually if you view your positions in another piece of software like Optionvue you will find that your greeks are hit or miss. Something is going on with their delta calculations, they were aware of it a few weeks ago and said they fixed it. However, just the other day I had a SPX position showing less positive delta than it actually was. Best I could tell it wasn't calculating the ITM options correctly and totally dropped out the positive delta of some short put spreads. With the holiday I don't have anything on right now to know if it has been cleared up.
