I had that problem about 3 weeks ago. I reached out to them and the response was, "so your chart doesn't load up for a couple minutes..." as if I was an anal retentive asshole. I has to explain that 2 minutes when you're day trading/scalping is a BFD! Anyway, he said he updated a parameter on his system, but to call their true tech support if that didn't do the job. It did.Oops. One year and one day ago.
%%Interesting how I started a similar thread exactly one year ago. Futures charts are loading no problem. Stock data is showing on top of each window, but no charts.
Rebooted, opened TOS both normally and as admin and still nothing.
HAD tech troubles today , not related to TOS. Good thing i already had in a resting exit order for SPXS...............................................................................I use 2 chart services+ never rely on a brokers charts, but some are ok.
Thanks for the replies, guys, but it turns out I was just being an idiot. I created a new chart setup, and I forgot to go into the settings and enable the premarket charts. Oops.
@murray t turtle, I use my Sterling charts which are linked to my level 2's for trading, but I like to have TOS charts up on another monitor for ideas. But I agree.

Tos never improved on lag for me (just keeping it on a side for bonus charting), theres better similar non laggier almost identical platforms such as motivewave (futures/stocks) or tc2000.
