I haven't been able to download the latest update and log in to my TOS account since this Saturday, January 18. I keep getting stuck at the update screen.

Anyone else experiencing the same problems?

No. I downloaded the update and updated the software just fine on Saturday.

I updated the patch on Saturday, and now the Checking for New Version is stuck at zero... tried on 3 PC's... and I got zilch so far.

Re-installing worked for me.

Be sure to copy your original folder to desktop and you'll have to move your user settings (which is the XML document) and then click "Setup" once inside TOS and switch to your settings.

I downloaded TOS and reinstalled it over the existing copy. Everything is working fine now.

custom columns dont work properly for a year and TD Ameritrade could care less, from their own lips.

server side issues, no progress for over a year.
