White House insiders are saying that even with a two hour workday , Trump's physical health and mental spirit is rapidly deteriorating and there is great concern among Republicans , especially the ones who harbor hopes of becoming POTUS that he might not be fit or able enough to run in 2020.

They could be right because if you observe him closely , you can clearly see the strain.
