Anyone that is trading 1 million shares a month and paying $.007/share is an idiot!!

They should be paying no more than $.003/share. Now do the math.

Also, proper use of ECN's can get that down to almost free!!!

So you trade through Ameritrade and pay $9.99 per trade? Hmmm...do that math on 100, 500, or 1000 share ticket. A ticket that is routed to a market maker that you will probably get a crappy fill and no chance for using ECN's to your advantage.

Please tell us a better alternative
