Right before he died, I asked one of the most brilliant entrepreneurs I've ever known what he would do if he were me.
He said invest in water and learn to speak Chinese.
If you're going to drink lots of milk on a consistent basis...have your blood tested every quarter for high levels of phosphorous because it leads to excessive water on the heart ultimately dramatically increasing your chance of a heart attack or high blood pressure to a possible stroke.
Therefore, milk is good for you just like the milk commercials say on TV but too much consistently can kill you.
P.S. Low fat milk or lactose free milk have higher levels of phosphorous.
Your problems are just beginning. Carbonated water is a necessity for me. Can't keep down tea or water unless it is carbonated. Started with the soda stream. I now have a 20lb Co2 tank in my office. I refill the soda stream cartridges but it never fills back to capacity. They make a paintball machine which at least is cheaper than the $15 to exchange a bonafide soda stream cartridge at the grocery store. It's a jungle out there. $50 for the little pitcher that uses 8oz cartridges but not as good. They have a hose that goes from bulk to the soda stream machine but many complain of worn washers and bad taste. It's not the money, I have spent hundreds, it was the nagging realization that I must get my soda stream cartridges exhanged and sometimes the lines at the walmart desk were long or my local grocery store would be out. Fortunately I have a Bed Bath and Beyond very close and that was the best place to exchange them. I am always looking for a company that will make a good machine designed to go with any Co2 tank of your choosing. I sent the Co2 Doctor $100 for a bulk to soda stream and never heard from him again even though he deducted from my Credit Card. Had to call paypal to get my money back. Had to send one back to Trinity because it leaked. All kinds of DYI out there but I have limited brains. But I hear ya, many have been bitten by the Carbonated water bug. It makes everything taste better. And I'm never drinking beer again so I need it.

Well that's not encouraging lol. I drink whole milk but actually I don't drink it as much as I used to. Maybe 24oz a day depending what I eat for dinner.
