There's a Precious Metals rally in here someplace

So you're saying that them actually raising rates (which they have done once this cycle in March) is them not really raising rates...It's fake news?

You know? You’re 100% right. You can see into the future and everyone else is a fucking idiot. Congratulations! You and shit stain here just keep on doing what you’re doing. Don’t mind me…

omg.
Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!
I know. Seriously. Must be one of those alternative "facts" people.

It's ok, it happens to the best and ummm not the "best" of us, or even close to the best of us or in your case so low can't get reading.

Well, if you're correct and it's fake news then it is great for the bulls. What were you doing in 2018 when they started raising rates? Were you long then, or short, or hedged all over the place?

and the tall guy from China) just ran the table on us.

The poisoned fruit of Nixon's Petrodollar system was that all nations would crave U.S. Dollars. And the best way to get the Dollars on a ongoing basis was to make things and sell them to the U.S. That's how the U.S. manufacturing base got hollowed out. The trade treaties were just a cover story. And people along the way (George Marshall, IKE, R. Nixon, H. KIssinger) must have known this could only have one ending. But, being "statesmen", they preferred not to talk about it. The heavy lift of bringing manufacturing back would never happen, much less be debated.

Better than Russianized.

But are people disappointed we don't make socks anymore, and other low margin stuff? As well as the fact this and every other developed nation has always been about services from the days of the blacksmith, sheriff, undertaker and bartender till present day architect, lawyer, doctor, drycleaner, fastfood worker, etc etc.
