I used to eat at McD's every day for years and years. And always was skinny. Don't really think there is any truth to it making you fat. Especially since other people claim it does the exact opposite.
Well come on, be honest about that. You were eating it in moderation, yes? You were not over-indulging like so many people do. You weren't gorging on like 3 big macs 2 fries and a Coke?
Everything in moderation, and most people should be fine.
