There is NO MORE RISK in the stock market...!

The big multi year bear markets often start when a mature bull mkt makes a parabolic move to new highs with the trend line getting real steep - just like what we have now.

A proper bear market demands that it traps the masses of retail into a greedy FOMO frenzy before it plunges.
The FOMO storm before the calm!

And that also creates the market where big sellers can get in and start building their positions...

Not liking the rise like this...but what else can you do other than being long with no overnight positions and tight stops..

An added dimension this time unlike 2000 is that the Wall Street Bets gang is taking out all the heavily shorted stocks so in a sense they guarantee a massive collapse with nobody short. Just like AVIS skyrocketing from $170 to $500+ in matter of minutes.

I remember once my real estate agent telling me in a raging bull market “the stock market never goes down”...

Even today, I think how she was able to call the top with such precision! The bull run ended within a couple of days ;)

I remember reading on Elite Trader that markets couldn't possibly go up any higher, at least a thousand times. Vast majority of times market went higher. Just think how silly it is you posted this in a thread involving an OP who asked who was crazy enough to buy the Nasdaq in August 2020. Yes, he called the market top in August 2020 :).

Buy do continue with the hysteria after all, SPX was up 0.5% yesterday that's 'parabolic" right ?

Are you aware you are posting total nonsense on here ? How about the added dimension that many dot coms had no earnings at all; some were never going to turn a profit. Another dimension was QQQ was up 39% in 1998 and 89% in 1999. But you can pretend this is the same sure.
