Absolutely not one person here including myself has declared the rioters in London to be anything else but majority black but the riots elsewhere are looking very white especially Manchester and it was not the racial composition of the Manchester riots that caused them to fizzle out it was the robust actions of the local police. I see you have deliberately discounted local Muslims that fought the rioters in East London and Birmingham and in one particular event died. I suppose your racial purity views don't let you give credit where its due.

The Met have certainly not been shining beacons of integrity and diligent policing recently but the rest of the English police forces have held it together rather well. The PSNI deal with organized violence all year long without getting their knickers in a twist so I can't see how the mainland plod cannot achieve the same levels of control with a bit more training and better equipment.
