Has anyone ever hear of The OpenFund L.P.?

I'm looking to potentially change careers and am wondering if this is too good to be true. The minimum contributions, between $25k-$50k, are higher than the standard $5k that normally accompany posts like the ones above, which makes me believe it may be somewhat legit, but it would also be A LOT more to lose!

Any confirmations/rumors about this place anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Not to sure about a Hedge Fund putting ad's out on Craigslist.
 
The scary part is the last sentence.

"ALSO, HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS WITH $10K IN CAPITAL THAT HAVE SCORED OVER 750 ON THE SAT 1 ARE ALSO CONSIDERED. "

I wouldn't trust them. Just because they require more money does not make them legit.

Looks like it has the face of a hedge fund but isn't following advertisement rule to keep itself exempt. I don't trust them.

Spam probability = HIGH:)

So, let's see, after one weekend's worth of training in your boxer shorts and slippers, you've got a decent shot at 400% monthly returns... Yeah, that sounds about right. Good thing "the strategy stresses money management"!

- Vegas, Jersey & Philly... hmm, what do they all have in common? Anyone? Good guess, but, no, it's not a prominent bicoastal law firm. Anyone else? That's right, they're all located in / near the 2 casino capitals of America. I'm sure it's just a coincidence.
 
my main problem with this ad is after they train you and you are making sick cash they don't care if you leave.

"After that, you decide to trade your funds with our accounts or go on your own"

Yes, they are bullshit scammers who SPAM websites looking for unsuspecting newbies to rake over the coals.
