So what is your point? Where does the Constitution say that presidents can start wars? If you're merely trying to point out that other presidents have started wars without a declaration of war, well, you get a gold star, Captain Obvious. But nobody is claiming those other politicians were "Constitutional scholars".
history lesson: presidents have always had the power to start and run police actions. they just dont have the power to "declare war".

I have watched him interviewed and give speeches. He is a smart man in my opinion... no doubt... but lets not pretend he was a scholar if he did not perform like a scholar.

1. Bush's dad was a liberal posing for the Reagan era.
2. His dad put a big liberal on the court.
3. Bush Jr. did the same thing when he tried to put Miers on the court.
I was suspicious of bush since the first few weeks of his term when
he let Enron screw California.
4. I was completely against much of Bush's socialist big govt spending. (disclosure: except the start of the war)
5. I never pretended Bush was magna at Yale like you just did about Obama at Harvard.
6. Obama was a scholar about has much as Carter was a nuclear scientist.
7. I will ask for all transcipts.
8. I will ask if Rubio is eligible to be Vice President.
9. Our constitution means something to me as an American.

Well if you don't believe in God and there's no one thing, identity that created all things then the only explanation is that everything created itself.......... gee I'm a "ph"ucking physicist!
Just for arguments sake, if there is a God, what makes you think that anyone could reduce him into a mathematical formula, understand Him like a science book.
You're wearing out your chalkboard and erasers trying to figure the math when the fact that you're there standing there defies all calculable odds.
A "police action" would be something like quelling a riot here in the United States. Taking sides in a civil war with cruise missiles and fighter jets is not a "police action". It is war. This country has had a long string of constitution shredding war mongers in the White House, from both parties. That's no reason to be happy about the current occupant.
I noticed that as soon as Obama got into office all the war protesters went away even though we're mired in as many wars as ever. This proves to me that the left really doesn't give a damn about war, it just wants its socialist in power.
