Then and Now

I do make short term projections of what I think will happen in order to figure out if the potential reward is worth the risk. However I use mechanical exits in case I am wrong.
 
The trend line break is real, and factors into my decision making process, but I don't just knee jerk into a trade based upon one thing like that. My entries are discretionary and my exits are mechanical.
