The yield curve during bubbles

The Chinese yield curve remains positive, despite the technical market action reminiscent of the 2000 tech bubble.

I was trying to find historical yield curve charts to determine if the US yield curve inverted before the 2000 tech top or way after. And how long before/after.

Does anyone know?
