Yes, both sides. Be sure to say a ratio, personally subjectively think it is 3:7 or 2:8? If you think Ukraine is completely right, the ethnic Russians who live in its eastern territories and have been repressed for years will not agree you. As for the pro-Western policy adopted by Ukraine, it cannot be a reason for being invaded, but a question of whether it is wise.

Ukraine had no issues w/ethnic Russians until they decided to align w/Kremlin loyal separatists and started bringing down airliners and draining resources as Crimea defended from an invasion.
