NYSE has introduced new rules/new process for the opening cross. In some cases, buy order will not get filled and the opening price is capped at +10%. In these cases, which orders are getting filled? What are the criteria?
i got a taste of this today. Had placed normal opening orders on PEI-B, PEI-C,PEI-D but my orders didn't fill in any of these. my order was lamost 1 dollar above the opening price but still .
