Quote from NeoRio1:
Ask yourself if there is a god.
If the answer to the question is yes there is a god than how do you figure there is a god?
Can you come up with any proof whether there is a god or not?
There is no proof of a god and no proof that there isn't one.
Just keep questioning whether there is a god.
Try and be factual and logical.
Is there a god?
Is there a god?
Is there a god?
Is there a god?
Is there a god?
Is there a god?
Is there a god?
Is there a god?
Any good god answers anybody?
No.
I would have assumed this was a joke, but I now realize that this is what passes for critical thinking among the believers.Quote from stockerup:
No question-- there has to be a God.
If there is no God, as you seem to be infering, then tell me, were did the original concept of God come from?

"No question--there has to be a Santa Claus. If there is not Santa Claus, where did the original concept of Santa Claus come from?"
Do you see why this is such unconvincing logic?
Ho Ho Ho.![]()
primitive man had things happen to him that scared him. things like thunder and lightening, floods, earthquakes, floods, droughts, fire. primitive man had no concept of science and no idea that there could be a natural explaination for these things. he eventually came to associate these things in his mind with gods. the concept was refined until we have what people believe today.Quote from stockerup:
