If you smoke pot (like I do) the DEA aint no big deal, we are use to the cat and mouse game

but when the FBI shows up, there is no legal defense

if they are going to do with the internet what they did to pot, it is going to be a dark day for a while

but you gotta like it

an underground internet

that could be fun

the mafia had their soldiers, the USA has their FBI
 
I'm not sure what that means, but I like you. If we lived in the same town we'd share a beer together, and I'd find out.

dcvtss says that this New Zealand file sharing site does not maintain anonymity, so those who are doing something illegal can be tracked down and prosecuted. So why is the FBI going after this guy? What law has he broken? We only have one side at this point, but it isn't clear he has broken any law from what we know so far. Frankly, this whole business of the FBI chasing after this guy in New Zealand is a little disturbing.

Agree. Kim is a big flamboyant guy who taunts the authorities, but he is really a good hearted individual , I guess he finally pushed the wrong person--- with this said, he is no longer a criminal and certainly does not deserve to be bullied by the Fed. looking forward to seeing how this ends up....my bet is on Kim.
