No, I haven't preached anything, unlike you and your price drivers.

Projecting again sunshine. I listen more than most, you go around bitching and moaning the same old stuff, ad infinitum ad nauseum.

I don't even trade the way the day traders do. I just keep an open mind and am willing to look at what NoDoji and others do so that I may learn something useful.

You should try that sometime, perhaps then you won't die ignorant.

Thanks for posting this. Also note that I said that PTJ made HALF of his money using TA, but yet Surf goes on to say that no one is successful trading PURE T/A. I never said PTJ made his money trading pure T/A.

how can price action be declared technical analysis? (did i say that, is lightning going to strike?)

Pure nekked charts PA traders are looking at price, and watching price change. Not at price history the way a technical trader does. The TA trader wants a graphical presentation of what price did in the past (last month, last night) and take some comfort from that visual, and has all the fancy technical tools to create predictions on price.

I made my money today VERY early from 0820 est until the close of the next hour and a half'ish.

Else why would I post during trading hours? LOL!

I saw the post about PT Jones from surf and wonder if he is a ........ ....... running from thread and acting like a typical republican that "can not handle the facts".

Gold just left without me, ha, no problem I nailed that puppy early and more on a couple more trades. Gold is a beast unless you have a METHOD based on defined parameters and do not sway from rules. WELL, is that not the holy grail to it all anyway?

I look at price history for context. A trader who thinks an indicator is a buy/sell signal is going to be in a world of hurt until they learn to understand and use the concepts of context, signal, and trigger, all of which are based on pure price levels of support and resistance.

A big helpful hint to everyone: Support and resistance aren't just about swing highs and swing lows. My "chopped" thread gets into a little more detail of S/R based on inside price levels that are likely to be defended, at least briefly.
