Z ... I'm all for small gov't and more free enterprise but some bedrock base of transportation that costs trillions is a legitimate function of the common weal. Our problem is that big or small this is a corrupt piece of crap bloated system of lobbying and destructive power sharing that shares it not at all ... it allows everything to compromise with a bias toward greed.

Oh yeah, for those who are going to tell me ... GREED IS GOOD ... remember only my greed is good ... lol.

Would every road be a toll road then? How does the average citizen pay for use, if not through taxes? I'm just a little confused on the logistics of it all, if it's not finance by the government.
