Agricultural subsidies for individual's land amortization paid by taxes, real estate-50% of all home mortgages supported by taxes..... educational loans, military, medicare, medicaid, social securitiy, and other unfunded entitlements supported by taxes......is SOCIALISM......

The incestual SEC, NASD, CFTC, Corporate employment by musical chairs, police policing the police, "Fraternal Good Ole Boy" system is QUASI CAPITALISTIC....

Capitalize, Privatize the gains.....
Socialize the losses.....

1% of the population controls 80% of the wealth.....

Without a doubt, the white horse, really is white.

Seems to me to be a blend.. I'd call it "economic Facism".

In any event... and make no mistake about it... Gummint intends to (1) get control of and spend as much of everyone's money as possible... ALL of it, if they can swing it, and (2) monitor and control every aspect of every American's life. The Patriot Act is an early "brick in the wall"... :mad:
 
I think Hong Kong before it became a part of China was one of the closest to being a true capitalist society.

Flat taxes and when they had their housing bust they let it happen. And when the stock markets tanked, they didnt talk it up, they bought shares.

15% consumption tax, no other taxes

Internet government, state by state, city by city.....
The people internet vote how taxes are spent......

Banks are localized....and act like banks.......

Electronic stock exchanges are enhanced, the provider of innovations....and proper wealth distribution....

Turn the White House and other Washington gummint buildings into hotels and apartments.......

They are only relics of the past anyway, and no longer represent capitalism.....up is down.....down is up......

The two party political system is the cause of the current problems...... the US depends on a couple of guys that head up a couple of advertising budgets ? This is not democracy....this is a joke......good for the advertisers though....

US prisons are owned and operated by private companies but all their revenue is paid by the gov with your taxes, if you call that capitalism then America is capitalist
