That's because most leaders and firms will kiss your ass! Because they know they aren't doing a good job, their commissions are high and their advice nothing but smoke and mirrors. I'd rather have a rude guy yelling at me who makes me money then be talked to like I was watching with Mr Rogers Neighborhood but yet losing money. That's just me though. My 2.5 cents. Most of the most successful guys in the world are mean SOB's.
