You are posting incorrect information.

Trump is not facing any criminal charges over the rape allegations. A woman filed a case against him in California and it was dismissed and she was assessed charges, which typically happens only for frivolous lawsuits. She later filed it in NY. It is technically time-batted under the applicable statue of limitations. She is claiming an exception due to duress, which seems legally thin but as corrupt as our judicial system is, anything is possible.
