Do you understand what being a 10-deca billionnaire means?
For individuals that is significant.

Soros, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Koch brothers, Adelson, Thiel, etc : all multi-billionnaires.
If they run for Presidency, they are going to pitchn in at least 3billion$ from
their own pocket. No way, they'll be solliciting other people's money.
They could go for a "mega" loan on their assets and use it for their campain.
But sollicit other people's money when you are a multi-billionnaire? nan.
It's like a very profitable trader, with self-declared fortune of say $100/200m,
but then going on to run 5k course: I'd ask myself some questions regarding the
real fortune.

Guess what? They did.

Obama knew ISIS would take over Iraq upon retreat and did nothing.
