Here in Europe, Trump and kids have been solliciting money directly from MPs and others.
Obviously some UK MPs were outraged about it: we can say this is not very
dignifying as the US is seen as the world power.

One has to assume that many other foreign countries politicians have been solicited.
Now to find which one has been paying will be the work of US foreign secret service agents.

The thing I want to know is: why a deca-billionnaire would go and solicit foreign funds?
It seems that US elections historically have costed up to 1.5bn $: can't he use 10% of his own
money for it, knowing that he will get amply rewarded should he win ?

The advantage of a deca-billionnaire to run as president, is he could based on his extraordinary wealth ( $10bn is really a gargantuan sum for an individual : he could spend 1million$ a day for 30 years before going broke) , even borrow 10 times , aka 100 billions, and take part of it for his election campain.
As a deca-billionnaire, he would need to spend 30million$/day for a whole year of campaining and reduce his wealth to simple billionnaire; here it is just 100 days till your elections. That means he would be at 7billion$ instead of being a 10bn$ wealthy man.
I am not understanding why such a multi-billionnaire needs other people's money. Also, Scotland is not a rich country, and his fortune is well above some of Scottish governments section budgets. Some people in Scotland the last few years went broke, so for a deca-billionnaire to ask for tax payer's money of a foreign country for his campain is a bit gross. As a dec-billionnaire, he should be coming to Scotland to donate some money for the poor people of Scotland ( they exist), instead of wanting to decrease Scottish taxpayer funds.

Federal law prohibits how much an individual, corporation or group can contribute to a campaign. This is to prevent the government from becoming an oligarchy.

I mean, the uniqueness of his campain is that he is 10 times a billionnaire. Can you imagine
Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, even Oprah Winfrey
asking other people money to land a US President job when 1billion$ is, relatively to deca-billionnaire,
pocket change? Would they not use even more than 2 or 3 of their own billion$ for this?

She is Rupert Murdochs ex wife who is liberal, she got tired of all her liberal friends bashing her over Fox News, so she jumped ship from Rupert.. She's not fucking that wacko Putin.

No you didn't, I aplogise, wrong post.. The Media is reporting that Ivanka is hanging with Putins GF which is Rupert's Ex wife, I find it hard to believe she is Putin's GF.

Who knows: she might be, she might not be.

What is clear is Donald Trump money behaviours ( not talking about the image) is surprising for a deca-billionnaire. If he was not that rich ( in terms of deca-billions), or if he was super-endebted, or even if he was broke, we could understand these "money sollicitations"; but for a deca-billionnaire , there is something that we need here to understand.
