Republican turnout will also be lower with Trump not on the ticket like it was in 2018.
We'll see how much GA reverts back to Republicans right now. There's going to be two special elections. Turnout will be crucial. Right now Perdue is outperforming Trump. WI, PA, OH, FL, IA, and AK could flip, but Republicans should be favored in all of them if Biden is POTUS. NV and NH could flip to the GOP. I think this year has proven CO is a blue state now.
After what is going on right now, the turnout will be humongous to say the least.
