Many get the point, as a lot of it has to do with your mental make up, and how easily you are led by others - trading is no different, for the world is full of idiots, in every walk of life, and, the biggeset idiot is yourself, if you listen to what they say.
Like I said, read between the lines, and the next time " a child" tells something, do not dismiss it without further investigation, for, it might just be that the "child" is telling the truth!

A 5 sec chart exhibts trends, and if a person is unable to see them, then it is due to the way the person looks at the picture!
When most look at the Mona Lisa - and she is not a porn star, for our juvenile traders - most see a very average plain looking woman, that would not make heads turn.

Just saying, all wishy washy kinda posting going on. If you are proponent of trend trading then just state it and post some visual examples.
What happens then is a flood of arguments that question ability to participate in those opportunities and then we take it further with a concise debate. Making philosophical vague comparisons deters quality concise participation.

The only thing I know, is that I really know nothing!
Many would say that you have the wrong chart, for a start, and, you are not looking at in in the right way, so, the first step, is to have the right chart, and look at it in the right way, but, it all depends on your personal circumstances, how much time you have, how much money you have, and how stupid you are!
